If there is no human damage, your order can be returned or exchanged within 15 days after receiving the logistics.
Under what circumstances can I return the item for a refund?
If there is no human damage, your order can be returned or exchanged within 15 days after receiving the logistics. After 15 days, the machine cannot be replaced or returned, and can only be repaired according to the warranty policy.
Who will bear the return cost?
The buyer shall bear the cost of returning or exchanging the goods. The freight for replacement and reshipment shall be borne by the seller. After one year of purchasing the machine, maintenance costs will only be charged based on cost.
What is the warranty period?
根据保修政策，主机保修一年，控制器保修三个月。
How long does it take to process a refund?
Generally, if your refund is due to an eligible return and the item has been received and inspected by us, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process the refund.
